In June, 2019 we visited statues, busts, graves and pharmacies associated with these men. The sites are detailed in Chapter 19 of Traveling with the Atom. The most picturesque of these were the statues of Carl Wilhelm Scheele on Flora's Hill in the Humlegärden (Hops Garden) and Jöns Jakob Berzelius in his square (Berzelii Park). We visited the Nobel Museum (Nobelmuseet) in the Stortorget where we were cordially hosted by Dr. Ulf Larsson, senior curator at the museum. We also visited the Alfred Nobel Björkborn in Karlskoga, a two-hour drive west of Stockholm. Here we visited Nobel's laboratory with much of his original equipment and the manor where he spent his summers from 1894 to 1896.
